Let’s simplify with a healthy breakfast smoothie that tastes good, provides plenty of nutrients, AND is great for blood sugar balance. This is Michelle’s current go-to smoothie recipe! Morning Smoothie for Glucose Balance

Course Drinks

  • 1 serving your favorite protein powder (Try our Renew Pure Protein Powder)
  • 3/4 cup frozen broccoli
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 4 strawberries (or 1/2 cup blackberries or raspberries)
  • 1 scoop vital greens (or 1 cup spinach)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of your choice
  • 1/4 cup cashew milk (or nut milk of choice- watch for added sugar!)


  1. Blend all ingredients with water/ice to the consistency of your liking.
