Holiday party season is upon us and alcohol consumption typically goes up this time of year. Some people view alcohol and drinking as a way to connect with others. However, the truth is you can still partake in special occasions without drinking alcohol and enjoy anti-inflammatory ingredients and a clear mind to boot!

Bring on the Paloma Thyme Mocktail! We use Ritual’s Zero Proof Tequila Alternative for this recipe, which is SO GOOD!

Paloma Thyme Mocktail

  • 4 oz Zero Proof NA Tequila (optional)
  • 4 oz Grapefruit juice
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 5 sprigs Thyme
  • Sparkling water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Monk Fruit Liquid
  • Salt optional for rim
  • Grapefruit slice to garnish
  • Thyme to garnish


  1. Add salt to small plate, moisten rim of glass with grapefruit wedge and dip glass in salt

  2. Fill glass with ice and set aside

  3. Add all ingredients (except the sparkling water) to cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.

  4. Pour into prepared glass and top with sparkling water.

  5. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and thyme.
