Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 3/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt (skip if you are dairy free or use a DF yogurt)
- 1 Persian cucumber
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 1 Kiwi, peeled
- 1/2 small Avocado
- 1/2 Lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp Hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 8-10 Fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 inch Piece of fresh ginger, peeled (optional)
- 1/2 cup Ice
