Are you accepting New Patients?

We are always accepting new patients!

How do I become a patient at Inspired Health?

Please fill out our online Registration Form HERE and then log into the Patient Portal to complete our New Patient Intake Forms. Once these forms are complete, a member of our admin team will call to schedule your first appointment.

Can I be a patient if I live outside of Oregon?

Yes! Our providers serve clients nationwide via Virtual/Telehealth appointments. Please review our discounted time-of-service cash pay rates HERE, as we are not able to bill insurance for out-of-state clients.

Can any of your providers be my Primary Care Provider (PCP)?

Our providers are Naturopathic Doctors and their goal is to complement, not replace, your Primary Care Provider, to help you achieve optimal health through a more complete, integrative approach. We recommend you continue or establish care with a PCP in addition to seeing our doctors.

Do you take Medicare/Med-Advantage?

No, our panels are currently closed to all Medicare/Medicare Advantage plans.

What insurance companies are you in network with?

Our providers are in network with: 
-Regence BCBS: Blue Cross Blue Shield (Panel currently closed to Medicare/Medicare Advantage)

What if my insurance company is not in network with your providers?

We recommend checking your “Out of Network Benefits” with your insurance carrier. We offer significant “Time of Service” cash payment discounts, and provide all patients with a SUPERBILL to submit to their Insurance companies for direct reimbursement. Our cash pay rates are listed HERE.

What labs do you order?

Depending on your case, our providers may order comprehensive blood panels through St Charles, Interpath, and Quest labs here in Central Oregon. They may also utilize specialized Functional Lab Testing through Cyrex, DUTCH, Doctor’s Data, Aerodiagnostics, Diagnostic Solutions and others.

Will my insurance cover my Functional Labs?

We do not bill insurance for Functional Specialty Labs, but we can provide you with a Functional Lab invoice which you are welcome to submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement. It’s not typical for insurance to cover these types of labs.

Do you treat men and children too?

Yes!

Can I use my HSA or FSA card to pay for appointments and labs/supplements?

Yes, but please note that some HSA/FSA providers have strict requirements on what vendors they accept.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 7-day cancellation policy for all New Patient Appointments and a 72-hour (3 day) cancellation policy for all follow-up appointments for established patients. We are always conscious of emergencies.

Do you have to be an Inspired Health patient to purchase supplements from the Apothecary?

No, our Apothecary is open to the public/non-patients! Our hours are Monday 9am-2pm, Tuesday – Thursday 9am-5pm, and Friday 9am-2pm.
