Let’s talk detox! We do Spring cleans of our houses, cars, closets, air filters – and neglect to remember that our body is literally the house or vehicle of our soul. Giving our bodies a chance to reset is probably THE most important spring clean of all!

Ways to Support the Natural Detoxification Processes of the Body
Human bodies are amazing and complex, which means we have several systems through which our body is naturally detoxing all the time. Let’s discuss these systems and how to support them:
The Liver
The lovely liver! The liver is able to use enzymes to reduce the level of toxicity. Detox Rebalance is a powerful complex geared towards supporting the liver in its various methods of detoxification.
The Gut
Gut health is essential for absorbing nutrients and removing toxins. It’s important to have a healthy bowel movement every day. NAC is essential for making the master antioxidant glutathione. It also supports the healing of leaky gut. Also, don’t forget about FOOD! It is important to consume antioxidant rich foods such as berries, beans, apples, and dark leafy greens. Magnesium can also be a gentle bowel movement support if there is constipation.
The Kidneys
