These turkey meatballs are an easy, no-stress way to add nourishing protein to your meals, especially when time and energy are limited. Turkey is a lean, high-quality protein, rich in B vitamins, zinc, and selenium. It’s naturally leaner than beef, making it easier to digest for many people while still providing the protein needed to support steady blood sugar, muscle health, and lasting energy. We love that these meatballs can be prepped and frozen ahead of time, making it much easier to stick with nourishing choices without having to cook from scratch every day.
