Green Detox Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Coconut water or filtered water Feel free to adjust liquid amount to your desired consistency
- 1 Banana
- 1 Green apple, cored
- 1/2 cup Frozen pineapple
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley (or Cilantro)
- 1/2 Fresh lemon or lime, peeled
- 1/2 inch piece Fresh ginger
- 1 handful Ice cubes
Optional Add-Ins
- 1 tbsp Vitamineral Greens Powder
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
