Green Detox Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Coconut water or filtered water Feel free to adjust liquid amount to your desired consistency
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Green apple, cored
  • 1/2 cup Frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley (or Cilantro)
  • 1/2 Fresh lemon or lime, peeled
  • 1/2 inch piece Fresh ginger
  • 1 handful Ice cubes

Optional Add-Ins

  • 1 tbsp Vitamineral Greens Powder
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender

  2. Blend on high until smooth
