ABOUT THE INSPIRED HEALTH peptide therapy PROGRAMs
A Functional Medicine Approach to Peptides
Weight changes are rarely just about calories. Stress, hormones, inflammation, gut health, and environmental factors all influence how your body stores and uses energy.
Our peptide programs are designed to work with your physiology, not against it. We use peptides as one tool within a comprehensive plan that includes:
- Nutrition and lifestyle guidance
- Functional Medicine lab testing
- Targeted supplementation
- Ongoing Provider support
Our goal is not just short-term results, but sustainable, long-term health. Our providers will guide you every step of the way during the program through scheduled visits.
For the GLP-1 / GIP Program, providers typically start off at lower (micro / mini) doses of the peptides to allow the body time to adjust and minimize side effects. Goal weight loss is 0.5-3 pounds a week.
Typical weight loss using the HCG Program in 30 days for women is 15-20 pounds and in men is 20-30 pounds. On average, most people who follow the correct protocol from start to finish will maintain their weight loss for two years and most do well for many years!

Keys to Long-Term Success:
Peptides are most effective when combined with foundational habits that support your health:
- Honest and supportive working relationship between the client and Provider
- Consistent exercise, especially strength training
- Mindful eating habits and quality nutrition
- Stress management
- Quality sleep
- Dedication to overall health
- Morning sun to regulate cellular health and hormones
- Less screen time to promote healthy satiety hormones
- Knowledge of the foods that cause YOUR body inflammation >> working with a Functional Medicine provider to interpret your Cyrex Arrays 2, 3, 4 is extremely helpful for long term success
We work closely with you to build a plan that is realistic, supportive, and sustainable.

We look forward to partnering with you to achieve your health and weight loss goals.
how the programs work
How the GLP-1 / GIP Peptide Weight Loss Program Works
GLP-1 / GIP peptides are designed to mimic a naturally occurring hormone (called Glucagon-like peptide-1 and Glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) involved in blood sugar regulation, appetite signaling, and metabolic function.
How GLP-1 / GIP Therapy Supports the Body:
- Promotes healthy blood sugar and insulin balance
- Helps regulate appetite and reduce cravings
- Supports metabolic efficiency
- May help reduce systemic inflammation
- Encourages gradual, sustainable weight loss when appropriate
Many patients also notice improvements in energy, mood, and overall metabolic stability.
What to Expect
- Once-weekly injections
- Gradual microdose increases to support tolerance and minimize side effects, and then a tapering down to cessation.
- Regular follow-up visits for monitoring and adjustments (Bi-weekly for the first month, and monthly thereafter)
- Personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance
Your duration on the peptide depends on individual weight loss goals and will be discussed with your provider. Supplements will also likely be recommended to help maintain the weight loss along with continued healthy lifestyle habits. While weight loss is a common goal, our focus is on improving metabolic health and helping your body function more efficiently over time.
THE GLP-1 / GIP Peptides HELPS REGULATE:
- Hunger and food cravings – reduces “food noise”
- Reduces overall inflammation
- Boosts metabolism
- Fat deposition and release
- Regulates glucose and insulin levels
- Reduced need for medications through improved metabolic function
- Reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke, kidney disease and improve blood lipid levels
how the programs work
How the HCG Weight Loss Program Works
The HCG program at Inspired Health Clinic is a structured, medically guided approach designed to support efficient fat loss while helping reset appetite and metabolism.
During the initial phase, patients follow a medically supervised, low-calorie nutrition plan (approximately 500 calories per day) combined with daily HCG microdosing injections. This approach supports the body in utilizing stored fat as a primary fuel source, which can lead to more rapid and noticeable changes compared to traditional dieting alone.
Injections are administered subcutaneously using a very small needle and are generally well tolerated. Throughout the program, our providers offer close guidance and support, including additional energy boosting injections at visits to support your body through the process.
Following the initial phase (minimum of 21 days), patients transition into a stabilization phase, where calories are gradually increased. This phase is essential for helping the body adjust to its new weight and supporting longer-term maintenance.
Depending on your goals, additional cycles may be recommended, with appropriate breaks in between to support the body’s response to the program.
Many patients experience significant weight loss within the first month, particularly when following the program closely. Individual results will vary, but this program is designed to support consistent, measurable progress.
What to Expect
- A structured, short-term program with defined phases
- Daily HCG microdosing injections
- Noticeable changes in weight and body composition over a short period of time
- Ongoing provider support and monitoring
- Nutrition guidance during and after the program
- A transition plan focused on maintaining results
THE HCG diet HELPs REGULATE:
- Pituitary gland
- Blood pressure
- Hunger and salt craving
- Body temperature
- Hydration and bladder function
- Hormones and neurotransmitters
- Ovarian and testicular function
- Mood / behavior and sleep / wake cycles
- Energy and stress adaptation
- Fat deposition and release

HCG Patient Transformation Story
In the past I have said that I don’t do diets; I don’t use drugs for weight loss; and I don’t have a problem with the way I look. I had been overweight for decades. Dr. Weintrob helped me solve many of my health-related issues with hormones, gut, and menopause, but when it came to my diet, I was noncompliant. My weight kept climbing. Dr Weintrob suggested the HCG medical weight loss option.
I made the decision to do it. I had to quiet the shame gremlins and mute the judgements and just do it. If I wanted this to work I had to follow the protocol to the letter. It wasn’t easy, but I had excellent guidance. The Inspired Health team answered every question I had and was there every step of the way.
Every morning I stepped on the scale and marveled at the fact that another pound was gone. The majority of the fat came off my stomach. I now have a waistline. The real benefit was that I became very aware of how and why I eat. This happened during the Stabilization phase when I started adding foods back into my diet. By taking it slow and paying attention, I realized much of what I craved was the concept of comfort food, like bacon and mac and cheese. By working through this process I was able to finally give up dairy, which has been recommended to me for years.
Having food decisions thought out in advance has freed up time and mental space for me. I have a long way to go. I started this journey at 261 lbs with a BMI of 41. Today I am down 24lbs and still losing. I am committed to a two-year plan to lose 100 lbs. I started this plan with fear and trepidation. Today I proudly walk this path knowing I can do it and the rewards are greater than anything money can buy.
