  • 1/3 medium banana very ripe
  • 1/4 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
  • 15 spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup water or sugar-free almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter sugar-free
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides optional


  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
