Blueberry Banana Smoothie
A refreshing and filling, SIBO friendly smoothie.
- 1/3 medium banana very ripe
- 1/4 cup blueberries frozen or fresh
- 15 spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup water or sugar-free almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter sugar-free
- 1/4 cup ice
- 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides optional
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
