Today we’re sharing one of Dr. Dishman’s FAVORITE salad recipes! This salad is inspired by a restaurant in San Francisco Dr. Dishman dreams about called Burma Superstar. It’s as beautiful as it is delicious and the combination of savory and salty flavors and textures make it super unique. The Laphet, or fermented tea leaf dressing, contains beneficial probiotics and antioxidants, but keep in mind it does contain a bit of caffeine as well.
