My favorite!
- Equal parts quality organic olive oil and balsamic vinegar (I eyeball)
- 1-3 tsp pressed or chopped raw garlic
- 1tbsp Dijon mustard
And I’ll share a second kale salad dressing that I’m excited to try that a friend recommended and said is AMAZING:
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos or regular aminos
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 chunks of ginger, about one inch each, peeled
- Blend in blender until smooth. You can cut it with a little bit of water to make it thinner if you like!
