I rotate probiotics to keep healthy gut flora and assume this is helping. I keep it refrigerated—-took a week to arrive, unfortunately, and in summer heat am hoping it is still active. Have been pleased w all probiotics, but it’s difficult to travel with one that requires refrigeration.
