Wisk the almond flour and psyllium husk together in a small mixing bowl. Option to add salt if you would like. Make sure any clumps are blended out.
Add water and the mixture will quickly begin to thicken into a dough.
Shape the dough into a smooth ball and divide into 5 equal pieces. Take each piece and shape into a ball. Place each ball between parchment paper sheets. Use a rolling pin to flatten out to about 6 inches.
Heat a well-oiled cast iron skillet or nonstick pan lightly oiled to medium-high heat. Cook 1-2 minutes. They will likely bubble and puff in some places. Flip once slightly brown and finish cooking the other side. Transfer to cooling rack.
